Born from love.
Named after Hugo.

Hugo Stays was born out of a love of travel, a passion for beautiful spaces — and one very special cavoodle named Hugo. Four years ago, Min and Andrew took their first step into the world of luxury short stays with a single stunning apartment in the heart of Southbank, Melbourne.

As the business grew and the vision expanded, they knew the brand needed a name that captured everything they stood for — warmth, character, and a genuine desire to make every guest feel at home. There was only one answer.

Hugo Stays is named after their beloved cavoodle Hugo, whose charm, warmth and irresistible personality set the tone for everything the brand represents. Golden curls, soulful eyes and an apparent taste for Burberry — Hugo has always had an eye for the finer things in life.

Today, with two beautifully curated properties in Southbank — The Vogue Suite and The Emerald Residence — Min and Andrew continue to build something they're truly proud of, one unforgettable stay at a time.
